1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 (the "Russian Personal Data Law") and applies to personal data that the Operator receives from users of the website https://vrgord.framer.website (the "Website").

Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (data subject).
Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed with personal data, with or without the use of automation tools (collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction).
User — any visitor of the Website.
3. Purposes of Processing
The Operator processes users' personal data for the following purposes:
responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form on the Website, including discussing potential collaboration terms and project budget;
sending replies, exchanging files (portfolio, CV, project brief) with the user;
other purposes expressly indicated by the user when submitting the form.
The Operator does not use personal data for marketing communications without separate consent and does not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to handling the user's inquiry.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of:
the user's consent to the processing of personal data (Art. 6 of the Russian Personal Data Law), given by submitting the form on the Website;
the necessity of processing to conduct pre-contractual discussions initiated by the user (discussing possible service terms).
5. Categories and Scope of Data Processed
When submitting the contact form on the Website, the Operator may receive the following user data:
name;
e-mail address;
indicated project budget range;
content of the message (including any information the user chooses to provide).
The Operator does not request or collect special categories of personal data (health, political views, religious beliefs, etc.).
6. Processing Procedure
6.1. Personal data is processed using automation tools (the Website's contact form, e-mail, Telegram messenger).
6.2. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
6.3. The Website is hosted on the Framer platform (Framer, Inc., USA). As a result, when the user submits the contact form, their data is technically transferred to and processed on servers located outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer of personal data).
6.4. By submitting the form on the Website, the user separately and explicitly consents to the cross-border transfer of their personal data to a foreign state (the USA) in connection with the use of Framer's technical infrastructure.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except:
technical service providers ensuring the Website's operation (specifically, Framer, Inc.), strictly to the extent necessary for the contact form to function;
cases expressly required by Russian law (lawful requests from government authorities).
8. Data Retention Period
Personal data is processed and stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the user's last inquiry, unless a different period is required by law or separately agreed with the user.
Upon expiration of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
9. Data Subject Rights
The user has the right to:
obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data;
request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

lodge a complaint regarding the Operator's actions or omissions with the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
