Product design and strategy

  • Developed an international AI product (“AI Boost”) for image generation and editing (Web, iOS, Android) from scratch, including interface design, user scenarios and platform customization.
  • Created a design system and UI-kit, unifying components across all platforms and reducing development time by 25%.
  • Increased key metrics: redesign of the Path to Purchase increased CR by 27% and MRR by 11% by optimizing CJM and implementing JTBD hypotheses.
  • Participated in product strategy: proposed and validated features through research (A/B tests, interviews, focus groups), which reduced churn rate by 15%.

UX research and data

  • Conducted CA research (including interviews in English), identifying conversion barriers and needs of US and EU users.

  • Optimized CJM, reducing steps to target action (e.g., image generation) from 5 to 3.
